HOW TO DATE LILITH

Treat her with basic human decency. Congratulations, you did it, now ask her out. All right, that's mostly a joke— but only mostly.
Be okay with the fact that she's platonically married and physically attached to Samael, or at least not too awkward about it. Ideally be friends with her, too, but that's not 100% required.
Prove that you're willing to listen when Traumatic Backstory Exposition comes up.
